Profile Marcel Vester

In the last 21 years Marcel has worked for three different companies (Thales 10yrs; Ormit 3yrs; Shell 8yrs) in a variety of roles ranging from engineering and management consultancy to line, project and change management. The majority of these roles were related to improving business and functional performance.
During the last 5 years in Shell he has worked as an advisor strategy & innovation and change manager in the area of HR Learning, supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of staff development on a global scale.
